Tonight’s Catholic Professionals meeting is cancelled. We will meet next month on May 14.

So today we celebrate a trifecta. We continue the Easter season. We celebrate the Sunday of the Good Shepherd, and we are preparing for our Earth Day celebrations. Now, all of these lead us to ask ourselves a question. Now, the answer will be very different depending on each and every one of our worldviews. The question is this: is there any such thing as rehabilitation?

- Annual Easter Gift to the Parish – Easter is the greatest celebration in the Catholic church as we commemorate Christ’s resurrection from the dead. This collection is an extra holiday offering which our parish depends upon to cover our expenses over the year.
- Easter Flowers for the Church – This Easter season, we will decorate the church to celebrate Christ’s Resurrection and memorialize loved ones with flowers.

Upcoming Catholic Professionals Gathering
The Catholic Young Professionals will be starting back up again this month with a meeting at the rectory Tuesday, April 23, at 7:30 PM. There will be refreshments as we gather to reconvene and discuss our faith together. Please join us and reach out to Tevin Williams if you have any questions.

The other day I was waiting on the subway. I was sitting there reading my book, minding my own business, not making eye contact with anyone. Very well behaved. When, a later middle aged woman came, sat down next to me and said, hello, Father. How are you? And I looked at her. Clearly she recognized me. No clue who she was.
